Boy am I out of shape.

O.K I made through the first week! YEA! Boy am I out of shape!

So, Friday we did Yoga! I've never done Yoga but always have wanted too! I was excited. About an hour after we finished my left arm started hurting big time. By the end of the night I couldn't move my arm, bend it nothing. It was so sore - I have never felt anything like it. All the years of being involved in sports & such I have never experienced this sensation. My muscle near my triceps seemed swollen. So, the only way I could make it feel better was to go have some sushi & Saki! Saki makes everything feel better! RIGHT!! Crazy. Saturday - even worse. Now it's Monday & in we go again. I made it through with a smile on my face. I have to say the only thing I truly can't stand out all of this is the running. I hate it - always have. I guess it stems from when I was young girl & I started developing before anyone else. If you know what I mean. I was in all kinds of sports - got so much shit about my boobs going everywhere. Support bras weren't the best. I can laugh at it now cause there mine & I'm proud. But it's one of those things that stick with you.

Until the next time! See ya - Bye!! : )

This is what we (I) did today with Mike. I was late due to an appointment I could not reschedule, and walked in as the group finished. I heard grumblings that it was the "hardest" work out yet and thinking.. since I missed it, I should at least go work out on my own... and give the impression I'm dedicated to the groups mission of getting fit!

When I walked into the gym, Joe pointed at Mike and said "take em through the work out!"... What the Hell... I didn't expect this...
