Hello all,
Today was good. We did a calistenics type workout today. It was pretty cool. Even though we did not do our normal run first we ALL worked up a serious sweat anyway. I even did the full minute of bicycles at the end. Yeah me. My arms though are still sore from Wednesday. Not a hurting type of soreness, just when I try to lift I can feel something.
Afterwards, some of us hung out with Keely and did some Yoga to help stretch us out. It really felt good. More of us should actually do that after every workout.
Also, Gary made a good observation afterwards. After the workout I still feel sort of rev'd up. It's a good feeling sort of like energized. It probably takes about 1 hour to come down from it.
